Banana Breakfast Parfait

Super easy. Super quick. Super Yummy. This parfait is easy to throw together any morning you need a quick breakfast, packed with protein, a little sweetness and a great crunch! You can change out the fruit and granola based on your preferences.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana Medium
  • ¼ cup Granola I prefer Bob’s Red Mill Blueberry Lemon Granola
  • ½ cup Yogurt Greek, nonfat, Plain
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

  • Mush one whole banana into chunks in a small bowl or small mason jar for on the go.
  • Top with ½ cup of non-fat, plain, Greek yogurt.
  • Drizzle yogurt with honey (optional, but so good)
  • Top with granola of choice.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • I’ve made this recipe with a variety of berries, apples, and even granola-based cereals. It can easily adapt to the ingredients you have on hand – and it’s SO good
